i loved my stay at tejaprana bisma, chse certified! the pool villa with valley view was amazing, and the views of the jungle and rice fields were breathtaking. the spa treatments were fantastic, and the food for dinner was delicious. it’s so close to the monkey forest, making it a great location.

The restaurant service was incredibly disjointed and inefficient. We had to chase after our orders multiple times, and it was frustrating to receive our food in pieces rather than all at once. It should not take 25 minutes to get dessert when there are only two other tables occupied. This kind of service significantly dampened my experience.

Request a room away from common areas to ensure a quieter stay, particularly if you value peace and serenity during your retreat.

We had an incredible 7-night stay, especially loving the private plunge pool and the outstanding dining that made our vegan diets feel like a feast. The cooking class was a delightful bonus!

Staying here was a delight, especially since I could easily stroll to the nearby Campuhan Ridge Walk for some breathtaking views and enjoy leisurely visits to the Monkey Forest just a short half-kilometer away, making my city explorations incredibly memorable. The spacious villas decorated beautifully were perfect for a solo traveler like me, and even though the spa experience didn't quite meet my expectations, I still found my stay relaxing overall.

Tejaprana Bisma, Chse Certified provided an outstanding experience during my recent business trip. The accommodations were superb, featuring a beautiful villa with a private plunge pool and lush gardens. The staff were exceptionally attentive, remembering our names and ensuring our stay was enjoyable. Breakfast was a highlight, featuring a wide variety of fresh options and delicious coffee, served in a stunning setting overlooking nature.

The Pool Villa with Terrace View delivers a tranquil escape, offering breathtaking views and a serene private plunge pool. Immaculate gardens surround the villa, enhancing the lush feel of staying in nature while providing ample privacy.

One downside to the experience was the high fee for a late checkout. it felt exorbitant for a six-hour extension. Additionally, the transportation arranged to the airport didn't meet expectations, featuring an uncomfortable small vehicle that left us cramped and stressed during an already lengthy drive. It would have been easier to use local apps for a more enjoyable ride.
